On January 16, 2017, Chief of Nakhon Phanom Plant Quarantine Station (Department of Agriculture) met with Head of Agriculture Section (Khammouane, Lao PDR) at Nakhon Phanom Plant Quarantine Station to share academic knowledge in Plant Quarantine of both countries.
